Soul Inspired 2026: Submissions for Exhibition

We are excited to invite submissions for our 2026 art exhibition themed "Life as We See It". All art forms are welcome such as painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, pottery, sculpture, to name a few. While this event is organized by a dedicated group from the Holy Spirit Parish, Ringwood North, you don’t have to be a parishioner to submit your art work. ALL are welcome!

REGISTER FOR SUBMISSION

Register before Tue 30th June by e-mailing the following information or send questions to: helen@konynenburg.com.

  • Artist Name, Email Address, Mobile Number and, if relevant, Instagram address
  • Title of the work
  • Photo (high resolution jpeg) of the work (no background please and provide the highest resolution possible)
  • The dimensions of the work
  • The type of work: painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, pottery, sculpture, etc.
  • The medium used: oil, watercolour, acrylic on canvas, graphite on cartridge, photo, glass, bronze, etc.
  • Year the work was produced – Approximate is fine.
    • Must be recent: Preferably 1 – 3 Years. Please advise if unsure.
  • Confirm if the work is available for sale, and if 'yes', list the purchase price
    • 20% commission fee applies
NOTE:
  • Submissions are limited to three art pieces unless previously arranged.
  • A $10 Administration fee will be charged for each submission.

DELIVERY OF FINISHED ART PIECES

PRE-EXHIBITION:
Finished pieces MUST be delivered to The Arbour, Box Hill Community Arts Centre on Fri 31st July between 9am – 4pm.

POST-EXHIBITION:
Art works MUST BE collected on Fri 21 August between 10 am – 4 pm at The Arbour, Box Hill Community Arts Centre.
