It had been a long time since we'd had a Holy Spirit Social function. We were due and everyone wanted to be there. Ticket sales of 190 promised that it would be a pretty social event. As it turned it we had another 26 walk ups making for 216 people on the night including our much loved Father Mogg. (Father forced a revised adjudication on biblical questions. Our quiz master, Joe Konynenburg, had the good sense to concede that one, but did not again to anyone else),

Weekend Seminar 14-15 June 2014

This seminar acknowledges Pope Francis’ tremendous gift to the church – Evangelii Gaudium.

It also identifies the greatest gift we can receive – the knowledge & experience of God’s love.

Far from being a “theory only” lecture, participants, through a joy-filled experience, have the opportunity of deepening their relationship with God and gaining confidence to pass the gift of God’s love and joy to others.

This seminar will run over 2 days - 14 & 15 June, in the Parish House.
